oh the emptiness...

I'm on my third cup of tea so far this morning and already I am sensing a void. I miss my dark brew. I miss its full-bodied aroma and richness of flavor as it filled me with a sense that there is more in this world, more to live and enjoy. Each morning, it broke down the walls of the mundane to give hope towards there being a world beyond this cubicle. As for tea, a pathetic excuse of a counterpart hot beverage, you are staining my cup, and I abhor you.

You are entirely far too dramatic for a person who OWNS A TEA COLLECTION!! (Need I remind you of your beloved Royal Doulton!?!

It will stain your teeth too..oops, wait, I should be offering encouragement. I do believe in the health benefits of tea...have been having a cup of green tea with lunch every day for a month. It will also encourage more exercise, ie. frequent trips to the ladies room..especially if you're already on your third cuppa! ;-) But, srsly, it will grow on you, I promise.

Ummmm...slow work day, Cin? ;)

(If you had a great flava like blackberry sage - you wouldn't be saying such things! ;)

She has a large container full of tea and does not like it sugarless, I'm a witness!

HA! Cindy, what on earth are you thinking about your health for these days ;) We're too young to consider that (I comment stupidly while myself suffering from food poisoning I believe I picked up when I got an iced coffee and Dunkin' Donuts this morning!). . If I'm not feeling better in a day or two, I may jump on the bandwagon on this one too though!

Yes, let me document for the record that it's 3:15pm and I'm falling asleep at my desk. This is what happens when you let herbal tea run your day. I'm beginning to think that quality of life trumps quantity!

You know..there are some teas that do have caffeine in them and they might help you make it through the sleepy afternoon. I'm feeling rather satisfied from all my tea drinking today! ;) (no cream or sugar was added)

Srsly Mokidoku, is it necessary to be "THAT PERSON" who praises themselves regarding the same topic that another person is struggling with. It would be similar to yelling out how you're the best rock climber ever and asking people to notice how quickly you scaled the mountain when the person next to you is hanging by their rope which is slowly starting to unravel before their own eyes. I ask you, is it necessary?

Just b/c I'm all chipper and at peace with my flava-ful tea does not mean I've suddenly become THAT GIRL. Geesh...sounds like perhaps someone is having brutal caffeine withdrawals! And herein lays the problem - the ugly underlying addiction. I hear they are having a caffeine withdrawal support group down at the Y tonite – maybe we could get your tea infused self down there for some much needed support? Rumor is they’ll be handing out espresso-sized cups of watered-down coffee during the meeting. Let me know if you need a lift. ;)

I'm stopping by Starbucks later this afternoon. Would you like to re-crossover to some Latin American or Indonesian coffee? And, as you know, there's always Verona. If not, I can also stop by the "other coffee shop" for some "Cool Blues." Keeping it Green.

That's very sweet, but my herbal infused cherries and madagascar cinnamon tea is hitting the spot quite nicely. Be gone coffee tempter!
